In this criminal case, the Firm appealed the summary denial of its client’s motion for post-conviction relief filed pursuant to Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. Although the Second District Court of Appeal affirmed, it certified to the Florida Supreme Court a question of great public importance which, if answered in the affirmative, will result in our client’s obtaining such relief.
