Attorney Chris Carlyle spoke today at a telephonic seminar presented by the Florida Justice Association about the recent decision from the Fifth District Court of Appeal addressing judicial disqualification when attorneys are involved in a judge’s reelection campaign.  The case is Rivera v. Bosque, 2016 WL 347164 (Fla. 5th DCA January 29, 2016), and it has substantial implications for attorneys wishing to support judicial candidates.
