Attorney Chris Carlyle spoke today at the Environmental Law & Policy Annual Review in Washington, D.C., sponsored by the Environmental Law Institute. Mr. Carlyle spoke about his article “Comment: Climate Exactions,” which will be published in the Environmental Law Review later this year.
