Attorney Chris Carlyle attended the December meeting of the Florida Bar Board of Governors in Naples. At the meeting, he addressed the Board’s Legislation Committee on the Appellate Practice Section’s opposition to proposed legislation that would impose term limits on appellate judges (as noted in the article below, the Board later unanimously opposed the proposed bills).
