286 So. 3d 157 (Fla. 2019). In this significant insurance case, the Firm successfully prevailed at the Supreme Court of Florida where it resolved a split between two district courts of appeal. The estate of an insured brought suit seeking uninsured motorist benefits after the insured was killed while riding his motorcycle. The benefits sought were from a collector vehicle policy that restricted payment to only accidents involving that vehicle. The Court agreed with the firm and held that the policy restrictions violated the UM statute.
