Working collaboratively with InTouch Legal, the Firm regularly evaluates and upgrades our computer system to provide state of the art technology and communication. All users have Pentium 4 computers and utilize the Microsoft Windows XP Professional Operating System. The computers are linked through local and T-1 wide area networks that support both voice and data to readily exchange information between staff, offices, and clients. Each computer also includes major software applications, including Microsoft Outlook^© for email, Amicus Attorney Practice Management Software^© for calandering, Microsoft Office^© - including Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and Gotomypc^© for remote computing for our attorneys and staff both at home and on the road.

The Firm's desktop technology is remotely accessible so the network can be reached from any location worldwide. This allows our attorneys and other professional staff to quickly access email and client documents, perform legal research and use other tools necessary to work effectively on any appellate matter. For example, clients and attorneys have access to documents and other relevant information.
